Unfortunately not. If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and paintballs for that person will be forfeited for the day. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We have three sessions that you can book. Morning 10am – 1pm, Afternoon 2pm – 5pm.
The games go ahead in almost all weather conditions. All game zones are outdoors, but there are sheltered areas and lockers in the base camp where you can store your belongings between games. In the unlikely event that an event cannot proceed due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable human control (“Force Majeure Events”), Delta Force Paintball reserves the right to issue a credit for the full value of the booking instead of providing a refund. This credit will be valid for a future booking and may be used by the original customer or transferred to another person, subject to availability.
To avoid getting lost we suggest you make sure all drivers in your group print the directions from the website and take these with them. Our directions are for guidance only, we recommend using a road map for more precise directions. If you do have trouble finding the centre, call us on 1-800-568-8909 one of our friendly staff will assist you in finding your centre.
You can make your booking now for the players that you have confirmed, assuring you your desired game date. You can then add additional players onto your booking up until a few days before your event.
es! We welcome walk-on players at all Delta Force Paintball locations across Canada, including Toronto. While we do our best to merge individual players with existing groups, please follow these guidelines for the smoothest experience:
While we love spontaneous players, most guests book in advance to:
Pro-Tip: If you are a walk-on player, try to arrive at least 15 minutes before a scheduled session start time. This gives our marshals enough time to fit you into a group safety briefing so you do not miss the first mission of the day!
There is no minimum or maximum number of required players; any group size is fine. However there may be a minimum number of players required to open the site if no other groups are booked in for the time and day you request. You will need 20 players to form your own team and if you book a game of 40 players then you can secure your own private game.
All players are required to complete a registration form before they begin play. Players under 16 years must have their form signed by an adult; we suggest you send these out with your invitations. The other parents should return their completed registration forms for you to bring to the paintball centre on the day of the event. Our Parental Consent Form that is required at Delta Force paintball centres can be downloaded here.
On arrival at 9.00am, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will check you in. After you have filled out registration forms you will be kitted up with all the gear needed for the day and undergo a compulsory safety briefing. Then the action starts around 10.00am! You will play 6-8 varied games during a sessions, with short refreshment breaks in between to reload your paintballs and discuss tactics!
No alcohol is permitted on site. Any players who have been drinking or using illegal substances will be excluded from the games and asked to leave the centre.
There is a snack shop onsite where you can purchase chocolates, drinks and more.
Where possible we will join your group with a group of similar age. However, there are occasionally groups of mixed ages when parents like to play with their children, or there are older siblings joining in etc.
Delta Force Paintball has set its minimum playing age to be 8 years old. All players under the age of 14 should be accompanied by an adult.
There is no way of knowing how many paintballs any individual will use, as it depends on how trigger-happy you are. It is entirely up to each person how many paintballs they want to use but a good indication is about 200 paintballs per game zone. You can decide how many game zones you play and further paintballs are available to purchase on the day at your discretion.
No. For safety and environmental reasons, only paintballs supplied by Delta Force Paintball on the day of your event are permitted for use at our centres. To maintain our high standards and protect our players, we enforce the following policies:
Environmental Protection: Our centres are often located in pristine woodland settings. We are strictly committed to using only high-quality, fully biodegradable paintballs that are safe for the local Canadian ecosystem.
Impact Safety: We ensure our paintballs are stored in climate-controlled conditions so they remain “frangible” (meaning they break easily on impact). External paintballs can become brittle or dangerously hard if stored incorrectly, posing a significant safety risk to other players.
No “Bring Backs”: To maintain our safety guarantee, paintballs that have been taken off-site cannot be brought back for future use. Once paint leaves our controlled environment, we can no longer verify its quality, calibre, or safety.
Pro-Tip: If you have leftover paintballs at the end of your session, feel free to gift them to another player still on the field! Since paint cannot be brought back for your next visit, sharing the ammo is a great way to make a new friend in the Base Camp before you head home.
Yes! You are welcome to use your own paintball goggles, combat suits, and markers at our centres. However, please note that the use of any personal equipment is at the absolute discretion of the Centre Manager on the day. To ensure the safety of all players, any gear that does not meet our specific technical standards will not be permitted on the field.
To use your own marker, it must pass a mandatory inspection and meet the following criteria:
.50 Calibre Only: We exclusively use .50 calibre paintballs. Your marker must be compatible with this size; standard .68 calibre markers are strictly prohibited.
Chronograph Test: The manager will perform a test to ensure your marker is firing below 300 FPS (feet per second) to comply with site safety and insurance regulations.
Air Systems: We operate a strict “no customer-owned gas cylinders” policy. You may not bring your own tanks or bottles on-site. Our marshals will provide and attach Delta Force air bottles (DOT/TC stamped) to your marker, provided they are compatible.
Air Refills: Our marshals will refill the provided bottles to 3000 PSI after every “double game” (approximately every 30 minutes) to ensure you have plenty of gas.
Base Camp Policy: We operate a strict “no markers in Base Camp” policy to ensure the safety of non-playing guests.
The Gun Zone: When not in active play, your marker must be safely racked in our designated Gun Zone. You may perform any necessary maintenance in this area between missions.
Approved Paintballs: For health, safety, and environmental reasons, only paintballs issued by Delta Force on the day of your event may be used. External paintballs are strictly prohibited.
We prioritise the safety of our community. If your personal gear is not approved by the Centre Manager, you will be required to use our high-quality rental equipment for the duration of the session.
Pro-Tip: If you are planning to bring your own marker, give us a quick shout at 1-800-568-8909 before your session. Our team can help confirm if your specific model is typically compatible with our .50 calibre air systems, saving you time during the morning check-in!
We recommend players wear old, comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the game. The most suitable footwear would be a light boot, with deep tread and ankle support, but old trainers are most commonly worn. Full head protection goggles, body armour and combat suit with high padded collar are included in your admission. Paintball gloves and groin guards are available to buy at the centre, or you can bring your own. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional paintballs.
